Rules of the ring
Short version: keep your promise, send something real, and never misuse anyone's address. Here's what that means in practice.
Paying is a promise
When you pay to join a round you are promising to send a parcel to a real person, by a real deadline. After the draw, someone is genuinely counting on you.
Ship by the deadline, plus seven days
Miss it and two things happen: you get a strike, and your payment is not refunded — it's used to make sure the person you were supposed to send to still gets a parcel, one way or another.
Send something real, on theme
An empty box, random junk, or something with nothing to do with the round's theme earns a strike too, once a receiver reports it and we can confirm it from their unpacking photo or video.
Never misuse an address
The address on your label exists for one reason: getting your parcel to its destination. Using it for anything else, harassment, or sending anything from the prohibited list is an immediate ban, no strikes first.
Strikes add up
Two strikes within twelve months pause your account from joining new rounds for six months. Three strikes, and you're banned.
False reports count against the reporter
If you report a parcel as missing, off-theme, or damaged and the sender's tracking, photos or video show otherwise, the strike goes to you instead.
What never goes in a box
Food, liquids, batteries, anything alive, anything worth more than €50, anything sharp, and anything fragile without real padding. No exceptions — these are carrier and customs rules as much as ours.
