Who sees my address?
Nobody. Your address goes straight onto the shipping label we buy for your sender. It is stored encrypted, never shown in the app, and never passed to another member.
What can I put in the box?
Small gifts in the round's theme, up to the weight limit. Food, liquids, batteries and anything fragile without padding stay out — customs and carriers are strict, and a returned parcel disappoints two people.
What does the service fee cover?
It's the fixed part of the price, shown on its own line next to the postage estimate — never folded into it, and never called a tax. It covers finding your match, running the draw, buying your label, tracking the parcel, and compensating your receiver if you never send.
What if my parcel is heavier than the round's format?
You can still send it — send the heavier format and pay the difference in postage yourself. The person receiving your parcel never pays anything extra either way.
My country isn't one of the ten shown on a round — can I still join?
Yes. Registration and the catalogue work exactly the same for you. Rounds are put together by hand so a ring only spans places we can already buy a label for; you go on the list for the next one, and we email everyone waiting the moment a spot opens.
What if my parcel arrives late?
Post is post. As long as you shipped before the deadline you have kept your promise; we mark the parcel as on its way and tell your receiver where it is.
Can I choose the country I send to?
No, and that is the point of the draw. The ring is put together by hand so it spans different countries — the surprise is half the gift.
What happens if someone never ships?
Their payment is not refunded. From it, we give the person left waiting a free spot in the next round by default — or, if they'd rather, a replacement parcel from us instead, or a refund of their own payment.
