About

About Boxcrossing

A small club for people who like the idea of a stranger, somewhere else, picking out a parcel just for them.

What this is

Boxcrossing is a club for swapping parcels. You join a themed round with a stated budget and a deadline; when sign-up closes, a draw arranges everyone into a ring — you send one parcel to the next person and receive one from whoever comes before you. Think Postcrossing, but for parcels: your address stays hidden, and the price is one clear number before you pay.

Why a ring, not a marketplace

Nobody buys or sells anything here, and nobody chooses who they're sending to — the draw does that, by hand, on purpose. That's what keeps it a gift exchange between strangers rather than a shop.

Where it runs today

We'll buy a shipping label for members in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland and Ukraine. Anyone, anywhere, can register and browse the catalogue; if there isn't a place for you in a round yet, you go on the waiting list and we email you the moment there is.

Who's behind it

Boxcrossing is a small, independent project, not a large company. Questions, ideas or concerns reach a real person at hello@boxcrossing.com.
